Esta ermita fue restaurada entre los años 1994 y 1995 con la posterior inauguración el día 23 de abril de 1995, a la cual asistieron autoridades civiles, militares y eclesiásticas. Cabe destacar, que bajo una gran nevada se celebró la procesión y la Santa Misa de inauguración presidida por el Sr. Obispo de la Diócesis Segorbe- Castellón, D. Jose Maria Cases Deordal. Exteriormente la ermita está construida en mampostería y sillería angular y tapial en la parte alta del evangelio. En el lado de la epístola se halla la portada adintelada con pórticos de cantos rodados y banco corrido que en el exterior se apoyan en columnas formando una galería. La espadaña se sitúa a los pies, de un solo tramo y con un vano. El exterior se cubre a dos aguas. Interiormente es de planta rectangular dividida en cinco tramos con soportes de muros y arcos diafragma. Techumbre de madera. Espacioso atrio sostenido por columnas paralelo a la nave. En el siglo XVII se dispuso de un coro hoy inexistente.

Sigiendo con las activaciones del Radioclub, el pasado día 23/09/2023 se realizó la sigiente actividad ECS-086 Ermita Virgen de Gracia y Santa Bárbara para el diploma Ermitas de España, D.M.E. 12090 Pina de Montalgrao Castellón para el diploma Municipios de España. CS-007 Alto Palancia para el diploma de Diploma Comarcas de la Comunidad Valenciana. Muy buen día de radio, se trabajó en la banda de 40 metros tanto en fonia SSB como telegrafía CW con un total de 304 qso´s. Muchas gracias a todos por vuetros comunicados, ya se han validado para los diplomas y en breve se mandarán las tarjetas vía asociación. Nos encotramos en la próxima 73 y Dx.
